The Seoul Metropolitan Government on Oct. 23 released its annual list of the city's 103 trails for seeing fall foliage.

The trails boast a combined length of 158 km and feature about 70,000 gingko, zelkova, cherry blossom and other trees.

The new entries on this year's list are 20 Ohyeonro Road in Gangbuk-gu District; Bongsan Forest in Eunpyeong-gu District; Maeheon Citizen's Forest in Seocho-gu District; and Yongsan Family Park in Yongsan-gu District.

Fall foliage is expected to peak around Oct. 30 in the Bukhansan Mountain area and early next month in downtown Seoul.
